What is Pati Meydanı?
Pati Meydanı is a marketplace that connects pet owners with businesses offering boarding, grooming, walking, training and pet taxi services. The services are provided by the businesses; Pati Meydanı handles discovery, communication and tracking.
Does the app cost anything?
Downloading and using the app is free for pet owners. The price of a service is set by the business providing it.
How are businesses selected?
Each business submits its contact and tax details and uploads the required documents. Our team approves it after a review; listings of businesses that are not approved do not go live.
Who can see my pet’s information?
When you create a booking, the business providing the service sees your pet’s care, health and behaviour notes. This is so the service can be given safely.
How do I delete my account?
You can use Profile → Settings → Delete account in the app. If you have uninstalled the app, you can also use the account deletion page.
